BBB’s Focus Is On The Safety & Well-Being Of Our Customers And Employees.
Like you, we're concerned about the Coronavirus pandemic and closely monitoring the ongoing developments of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to update you on our vital preparations currently in place, and our ability to respond to any potential impact.
Therefore, in an effort to keep our customers informed, we wanted to share the following updates. BBB is doing everything we can to slow the spread of COVID-19.
BBB's Top Priority Is Keeping Our Customers, Employees And Communities Safe.
Overall, the number of people in our region are very low, however any amount of people who have been confirmed to have COVID-19 is unacceptable and must be mitigated by way of a strong plan of action.
How To Protect Yourself –
Today, there is no vaccine to prevent the COVID-19 infection and no medication to treat it.
CDC believes symptoms appear 2 to 14 days after exposure. Therefore, avoid exposure and avoid exposing others to an infection with these simple steps.
· Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. An easy way to mark the time is to hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice while scrubbing.
· Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
· Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
· Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
· Stay home when you are sick or becoming sick.
· Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue (not your hands) and throw the tissue in the trash.
· Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
· Getting a flu shot is recommended.
As an Army veteran who honorably served for 6-years and receives medical care through the VA System, I also look at the VA statistics for additional information concerning the virus. Although this matter is mush larger the just the U.S. Veterans treated by the VA System it does provide another view of this very contagious COVID-19 virus.
VA COVID-19 Cases –
Nationally, as of March 17, 2020, VA is tracking the following Veteran patients with either a CDC confirmed or a locally, presumptively confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis.
This is a rapidly evolving situation and the VA provides updated information as it becomes available and verified.
Overall, the numbers are very low, but any amount of people with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis is unacceptable and must be mitigated byway of a strong plan of action.

How-to Get The Very Best Business Financing
One of the big keys to getting business financing is how you "package" your loan request.
"Loan Packaging" can be especially tricky for someone who doesn't have banking/finance expertise, which pretty much describes most aspiring entrepreneurs, doesn't it?
You may have great ideas about starting a new business (or running your current business), and know exactly how to perform the necessary functions involved with that business, but since your expertise in that field of work, and not in banking, you really don't know what bankers/lenders are looking for when determining whether or not to loan money to someone for their existing business or a start-up enterprise, do you?
And, that's why over 50% of all business loan requests don't make it into loan committee. Therefore, to be successful, it’s important that you seek out a financing professional to help you through the tedious process of successfully securing business financing. In other words, if you want to succeed you need to have an expert "in your corner" to advise and guide you.
So, it only makes sense to find someone with a lot of real-world banking/lending experience who not only knows how to properly package your loan request, but also knows which investors specialize in lending to your line of business, thereby ensuring you get financed.
It's important for you to know that most lenders prefer lending to certain types of business, such as trucking/logistics, manufacturing, bars & restaurants, hair salons/barber shops, retail clothing stores, coffee shops, grocery & convenience stores, gas stations, hotels, etc.
So, find someone who's got it all... the lending experience, packaging expertise, and the specialized lenders to make sure you get the financing you need without any delays.
